Unidos MN is a grassroots organization that builds power with Minnesota's working families to advance social, racial, and economic justice for all. Born from the strength of the DREAMER movement, we place immigration, education, and climate justice at the heart of our work. As an intersectional and intergenerational organization led by women and multiracial communities, we unite people from all backgrounds to fight for a future where everyone can thrive—no exceptions.

​Monarca is a coalition of thousands of workers, students, people of faith, parents, clergy, business owners, teachers, caregivers, and young people. We are a movement that has trained over 20,000 everyday Minnesotans as neighborhood observers to help protect people’s rights where it matters most—on the ground, in our communities.

Immigrant Law Center of Minnesota
The Immigrant Law Center of Minnesota (ILCM) is a nonprofit organization that provides free immigration legal representation to low-income immigrants and refugees in Minnesota and North Dakota. ILCM provides services based on our capacity. ILCM has a generally high demand for services. Unfortunately, we may not always be able to assist someone. If we cannot assist you, we will refer you to another trusted organization or immigration attorney.

Founded in 1952 as the Minnesota Civil Liberties Union, the ACLU of Minnesota continues to promote, protect, and extend the civil liberties and civil rights of people in Minnesota through litigation, lobbying, and community engagement.

Minnesota Immigrant Rights Action Committee
MIRAC is an all-volunteer, grassroots, multiracial, and multinational immigrant rights mass-movement organization. MIRAC fights for legalization for all, an end to immigration raids and deportations, an end to all anti-immigrant laws, and full equality in all areas of life.

Minnesota Doctors for Health Equity
Health Professionals will use their voice, knowledge, and influence to eliminate the inequities that exist in health and healthcare, while working effectively with their patients, health systems, communities, and decision makers to address health equity wherever they live, work, learn, and play.

The Birth Justice Collaborative (BJC) was launched in 2022, when four African American and American Indian led organizations partnered with Hennepin County to engage their communities in co-designing strategies to improve birth outcomes for their communities. We are now using that knowledge and wisdom to implement five priority strategies.

Birth Revolution is a Black, trans, and queer led birthwork training and consulting organization. Our birthworker training is community based and socially aware. We strive to educate students about the injustices facing birthing people while keeping Black, Brown, queer, and trans joy at the center. We equip students with evidence-based information, ancestral knowledge, and actionable ways to transform birth outcomes and build community in the birth world and beyond.

Our group of doulas provides the non-judgmental support families need during pregnancy to create exceptional birth and postpartum experiences. Our unique, team-centered approach means there’s always a familiar face ready to support you and your partner or birth family — no matter when your birth occurs. At Midwest Doulas, we believe the best birth experiences are created with families are well-informed and well-supported, and we look forward to providing team support for your growing family.

Healthcare Reparations Cooperative
The Healthcare Reparations Cooperative works to collectively transform the landscape of health and healing in Minnesota by dismantling oppressive healthcare structures while expanding the liberatory possibilities for what health, healing, medicine, and public health can be.

The Minnesota Healing Justice Network (MNHJN) is a collaboration of intergenerational community healers and practitioners centering the wellness of Historical Black and Brown families, focusing on mutual aid, health equity, solidarity, justice and rest for the community healer. We have a range of healers across the Twin Cities. As a mutual aid community, we are a unique model for the future of public health. We are experienced healers, caregivers, birth workers, visual artists, mediators, as well as everyday people, parents, and young adults who are tomorrow's emerging healers and educators. By supporting and uplifting community healers, the MNHJN is helping healers provide life-changing services to the community. The MNHJN Motto is: Healers Healing Healers.

Community Aid Network (CANMN) is a grassroots volunteer-led organization located in the Bancroft neighborhood of Minneapolis, MN. We work to build solidarity with our neighbors, organize volunteers and redistribute resources to ensure everyone has the means for dignified survival.

Minnesota Somali Community Center
Minnesota Somali Community Center is a Minnesota based 501 (c) (3) nonprofit that prides itself on centering all community needs. We provide support and resources for livability issues facing Somalis and other communities in Minnesota. We provide tutoring to kids, workforce development, addiction help, financial services, housing, immigration, justice system and advocating on behalf of the communities. We are working on providing all these wrap around services under a one stop shop.

Founded in 2010, Isuroon is a women-led organization empowering Somali women in Minnesota. We provide access to health, financial literacy, civic engagement, and leadership programs. Through partnerships, we offer culturally competent training and research to improve outcomes and reduce disparities. Our mission is to support Somali women in overcoming barriers, navigating healthcare systems, and advocating for their well-being.

Indigenous Roots Cultural Center (IRoots) is a coalition of artists, culture bearers, business owners, cultural groups and organizations dedicated to building, supporting and cultivating opportunities for and with Brown, Black, Native and Indigenous Peoples through cultural arts and activism.

Inquilinxs Unidxs Por Justicia
United Renters For Justice, or Inquilinxs Unidxs por Justicia, is a base-building organization working to transform the Minneapolis housing system. We build tenant unions, educate renters about their rights, and advocate for housing policies that ensure safe, dignified, affordable housing for all people.

Comunidades Organizando el Poder la Accion Latina
COPAL, Comunidades Organizando el Poder y la Acción Latina, is a member-based organization established in 2018 to improve the quality of life of Latine families. Over the past eight years, COPAL has evolved to become a well-known, grassroots power-building, and visionary transnational organization.
