About
I was born and raised in Red Wing, MN and stayed in Minnesota for undergraduate and medical school studies, discovering my passion for reproductive healthcare along the way. I began to incorporate legislative advocacy into my work during Obstetrics and Gynecology residency. I am now working in private practice.
Due to my commitment to empower individuals in their reproductive health decisions, work toward a world of equity, and ensure appropriate healthcare access to all, I am involved in many important activities outside of my job. In addition to all of my official roles, I also attend many advocacy events and organize an annual donation drive collecting periods products to donate to people experiencing homelessness or in crisis.
I still find time to run, cheer on the Green Bay Packers, go to concerts, put my knowledge to the test at bar trivia, sing karaoke, and play cribbage while binging TV shows with my husband, Luke, who has been a constant beam of support. In 2020, we welcomed our sweet baby girl, Lorelei!
